Fagin’s Riches, also known as the Fringe, is a scattering of independent worlds between the larger and more powerful Parallax and Stellar Consortium territories. It doesn’t have an organized government, but does fall somewhat under the sway of a mysterious figure known as Lord Fagin the Pirate King. He keeps his headquarters in the domed city of Freewheeling on the barren world Tomin Kora. The Fringe has no unified military, but is more of a frontier region with pirates, smugglers, thieves, and others who don’t wish to be found.
Worlds of the Fringe besides Tomin Kora include: Ungstir, Quaquan, Val Shohob, and Odari.
